I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 2-4 days processing time for your order to ship. Average shipping times are 15-25 days.

When will I get a tracking number for my order?

Tracking number will be sent to the email on your order 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. Please check your Inbox and Junk mail for emails from info@us24store.com. If you still don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at info@us4store.com.

What if my item is defective or damaged? Can I return my item(s)?

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the item is defective or damaged. However, you have 3 days after receiving your item(s) to inspect and request a return due to product defect. Email info@us4store.com or use Contact Us page to request a return.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please Note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and your return is processed before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, please wait for your item to arrive then request a return within 3 days of delivery. Email info@us4store.com or use Contact Us page to request a return.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you submitted an incorrect address on your order, simply reply to your order confirmation email to notify us of the new address within 24 hours of order. We may contact you directly to confirm new address on the phone number or email associated with the order.

No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
